Because there's a negative effects behind declaring bankruptcy, certainly we will lose our properties and our insolvency will be spread in newspapers, and people will know our incompetence in running business. Not to mention we are not allowed to apply for certain jobs like in government and surely our personal financial will be monitored. It's a good article, I enjoyed reading it. Thanks.
